It’s called “fried oyster omelet” too – due to the big amount of eggs. Oysters are fresh and although not big in size, the generous amount makes up for it. The eggs are simply delicious. Fried oysters can be found in some Melaka food courts and the one that I like most is at the Bunga Raya Food Court.
